Louis T. Burch D.V.M. M.S.
Dr Burch is not only one of our talented Veterinarians, but the owner of this great establishment. He has been practicing Veterinary Medicine for 48 years and in Redlands since 1980. Graduating from Oklahoma State University, he is a good ole southern boy raised in Arkansas. He attended the veterinary congress in London, England. He has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He has many hobbies ranging from collecting antique tractors and model boats to building koi ponds. He absolutely loves his job and it reflects in the care that he gives his patients. You can expect your pet to be treated with care and dedication when in Dr. Burch's hands.
Adam Carr D.V.M.
Dr. Carr received his undergraduate degree from Cal Poly Pomona and his D.V.M. from Texas A&M. He has been a practicing veterinarian since 2007 and hasn't looked back since! Apart from treating dogs and cats, he also has experience treating large animals. When he is not caring for the pets at AMCOR he goes home to his two cats, Tazmania and Cash. As an avid cook, he keeps the hospital break room stocked with plenty of goodies. We are delighted to welcome Dr. Carr to the team at AMCOR.
Nicole has practically grown up in this hospital. This may have a lot to do with the fact that she is Dr. Burch's youngest daughter. She has two precious Bernese mountain dogs (Delilah and Alexa) and a handsome French bulldog named Sven. Her family background provides her with plenty of knowledge to retort any question she can. Her love for this hospital and the animals that come through it makes her a reliable and compassionate hospital administrator.
Lauren has two rescued Greyhounds, one fuzzy cat, and a particularly adorable poodle! Lauren will always greet you and your pet with a smile. She has enjoyed working for the Animal Medical Center of Redlands since she was in highschool. She has worked her way up from boarding to reception and now has become a key member of the management team. Lauren will always provide you with great customer service .
Client Service Representatives
Olivia is a valued member of our client service representative team. She is a lifelong animal lover with a passion for helping furry creatures and their owners. You can look forward to Olivia greeting you with a warm smile and likely offering a hug to your animal. Outside of life at AMCOR, Olivia practices yoga daily, enjoys hiking, and venturing to the beach during the summer. She hopes soon attain a degree in nursing where she can take her kindness and compassion into human medicine.
Mayra has a passion for animals and has been devoting her services to veterinary medicine since 2012. She is bilingual and can happily assist anyone who is Spanish-speaking only. When she isn't greeting clients up front at AMCOR, she is busy taking care of her 2 sons and her Yorkie named "Candi" and her Mastiff appropriately called "Tank". In her spare time she enjoys being a soccer mom. You can expect Mayra to happily assist you when you walk through the doors at AMCOR.
Medical Care Team
Darlene has been a member of the AMCOR team for over 36 years. She has a passion for helping animals and will do whatever it takes to nurse them back to health. In addition to being a dedicated healthcare assistant, Darlene is always on-call and will answer your emergency calls throughout the night. She also has a flock of sheep with her daughter Nicole and they tour the country entering shows with the 4H club.
Kathryn has worked her way up from a valued member of our boarding department to a Registered Veterinary Technician caring for our sick and injured patients in the hospital. Her calm demeanor and drive to learn all she can about veterinary medicine makes her presence in front of and behind the scenes, invaluable. She has been working as a pet care-taker for 5 years. At home she has a terrier mix named L.G. In her spare time she makes high quality dog collars with her company Krazy Collars. We are very glad to have Kathryn as a member our team.
Levi is vital member of our technical team and has been a friend to the Burch family for years. Coming from the High Desert, Levi plans on making a permanent career in the veterinary field. His adorable French Bulldogs Maggie May, Hazel and Herbert come to work with him every day. In his spare time he likes to go fishing and travel with his fiance Nicole. Levi has never met an animal he didn’t like and he provides all of the pets he meets with high quality care.
We feel so fortunate have Vicki as a member of the AMCOR team! A Redlands native, she was born and raised in this town and has returned after living in Las Vegas for 2 years. She has over 12 years experience working in the veterinary field. She has three grown children and an adorable pug named "Kirby". In Vicki's spare time she likes to spend time with family, camp, fish and sew. You can expect Vicki to show your pet the utmost in compassion and care while educating you on the veterinary issues at hand.
As one of the friendly veterinary assistants, you can look forward to meeting Samantha in the exam rooms when you come to AMCOR. Her loving approach to animals and compassion for excellent veterinary care makes her tasks assisting the Veterinarians second nature. She has 4 children, 3 girls and a boy. Her fur children consist of 4 dogs, Layla, Apollo, Lucy, and Molly. When she isn't her at the hospital she enjoys fine dining and playing baseball.
Becky has been grooming dogs and cats for over 23 years. Becky is known for her gentle and calm approach with the pets. She successfully grooms even the most frightened or upset pets. Becky is happy to accommodate any haircut requests. She has been known to give lion cuts and Mohawks to both cats and dogs! Becky is the proud mom of two sons, a daughter, as well as a home full of pets. Becky also breeds and sells Boxer dogs.
Christine is an asset to our Boarding Staff. She is a longtime animal lover and it is apparent in the way she cares for the animals vacationing at our facility. Pet parents can feel assured that their kids are in capable hands while under her careful observation. Her hobbies range from drawing to playing video games. She goes home to her lovable husky, Eisley.
Genna has had a lifelong passion for animals and has been working with them for 6 years. She can be seen snuggling with the dogs and cats in boarding when she isn’t feeding or walking them. When she is not caring for animals at AMCOR, she continues her involvement with animal care by learning to train service dogs. Her goal is to one day start a shelter of her own, rescuing dogs and training them. Additionally, she enjoys, sewing, crocheting and crafting using that passion to create custom vests, leashes, and collars.
